User data deletion instructions
Last updated: May 18, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with your TeamFlex account at https://team-flex.vercel.app. For how we collect and use data generally, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What you can delete
You may request deletion of your account and profile (email, name, phone number if provided, and authentication identifiers). Deleting your account removes your access to TeamFlex.
Team and match data (rosters, attendance, invite participation) may remain visible to other team members where it is part of the team's records—for example, historical match attendance may still show your name as entered by the team. Team administrators can remove or update roster entries. If you need all references removed from a specific team, mention the team name in your request.
2. How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account and personal data:
- Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your TeamFlex account (or explain in the message if you no longer have access to that email).
- Include the subject line: TeamFlex data deletion request.
- State that you want your account and personal data deleted, and optionally list any teams where you want roster references removed.
- Contact the operator of this TeamFlex instance using the contact details provided with your team or deployment.
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
3. If you signed in with Facebook
If you used Continue with Facebook to access TeamFlex, you can also remove the app from your Facebook account:
- In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Select TeamFlex (or this app's name as listed) and choose Remove.
- To delete data stored by TeamFlex, you still need to send us a deletion request as described above—removing the app from Facebook revokes future login but does not automatically delete data already stored in our systems.
Facebook's instructions for user data deletion are described in their data deletion documentation.
4. Other sign-in providers
If you signed in with Google or Microsoft, you can revoke TeamFlex's access in that provider's account security or connected-apps settings. Send us a deletion request as above to remove data held in TeamFlex.
5. Processing time
We aim to confirm receipt within a few business days and to complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or technical backup retention. Some information may remain in encrypted backups for a limited time before being overwritten.
6. What happens after deletion
After your request is processed:
- Your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to sign in.
- Personal profile data we control will be deleted or anonymized.
- Invite links and sessions associated with your account will stop working.
- Residual team records may remain as described in section 1; contact us if you need further cleanup on a specific team.
7. Questions
For privacy questions or to check the status of a deletion request: Contact the operator of this TeamFlex instance using the contact details provided with your team or deployment.
