Listing price to be determined

Preparing your home for sale

It is important to present your property for sale in its best possible condition. It is necessary to have a thorough cleaning and de-cluttering. We will assist you to make your home appeal to the widest number of prospective buyers. We may recommend a professional stager.

Listing your home

Your home will be professionally photographed and/or videotaped to showcase its best features. Your property will be entered into the REALTOR wide Multiple Listing Services (MLS), bringing your property to over 30,000 local real estate professionals and the public.

Offer for Acceptance

When the price and terms and conditions are agreed by seller and buyer, an offer is accepted. A negotiable cheque (preferable certified) is required as a deposit. Usually a deposit of 5% is sufficient to show sincerity in the offer. In most instances, there is a period for condition terms to be satisfied such as home inspection, financing, title search, etc. We will always negotiate the price and terms in your best interests.

Purchase completion

There are a number of legal formalities that need to be taken care of to complete your sale. The buyer’s solicitor will transfer the residual funds to your solicitor’s account. The final sale completion also includes transferring title, closing costs and insurance. Keys for the property will be be exchanged through the lawyers.
